WURTZ mainly operates in the Essonne area and is committed to offering you a local service and to ensuring that your co-ownership rules are respected. Thus all the managed buildings are visited at least once a month by the people in charge of monitoring them, in the presence of one or more union advisors.
WURTZ prepares the maintenance logbook of your co-ownership. It informs the co-owners about the details of the important work carried out, as well as the companies and costs, current contracts, etc...
Since 13/12/2000 the SRU (Solidarity and Urban Renewal) Law has made it compulsory for all condominium buildings to draw up and keep this book up to date.
WURTZ never works with an answering machine during business hours, i.e. :
- from Tuesday to Friday: from 9H to 12H and from 14H to 19H
- Saturday : from 9H to 12H and from 14H to 18H
The accounting department is at your disposal on a dedicated number, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 14H to 17H, and by appointment at your request.
To reach us outside these hours, you can use a fax, our co-ownership e-mail address and the mobile phone of your building manager, reserved for the trade union councils.
WURTZ offers you the choice between two types of trustee contracts for your residence:
- a classic contract,
- a lump sum contract
