The cost of management fees and rent guarantees is deductible from the amount of rental income.


Our interventions with tenants:


  • estimation of the rent according to the market,
  • search for tenants with our advertising means: billboards, internet, advertising in letterboxes, our presence is permanent on the billboards of the region and on the vehicles of our company.
  • Constitution of a complete file of your future tenant examined by our management service.
  • Acceptance of the file after investigation with his employer, bank, landlord, etc.
  • Drafting and signing of the rental contract and its annexes (in accordance with the legislation in force)
  • Verification that the tenant has taken out a multi-risk home insurance policy with a solvent company,
  • Inventory of fixtures and handing over the keys


Day-to-day management :


  • Collection of rent and payment of a monthly installment,
  • Settlement of charges
  • Recovery of the tax for the removal of household waste,
  • Preparation of a detailed account statement at the end of each quarter
  • Annual increase of the main rent according to the variations of the INSEE index and according to the laws in force.
  • Sending of a summary at the end of the year specifically provided for the declaration of property income (according to the chosen mandate).
  • For the maintenance and conservation of your property, a team at your disposal will draw up restoration estimates by companies that we have selected or of your choice. The work will be carried out only after your agreement
  • Follow-up of your tenant's departure (holiday, inventory of fixtures and tenant's statement of account, refund of security deposit, etc...)
  • Re-rental of your accommodation with a review of your rent in relation to the rental market at the time.
